About Shikha

With over thirty years of experience teaching yoga and holistic wellness, Shikha combines the timeless principles of traditional yoga with modern movement and fitness practices, creating truly transformative classes.

She is trained and certified in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Prenatal Yoga, and has guided over 500 students on their journey toward improved physical health, emotional balance, and a more conscious life through balanced yoga practices.

Her teaching philosophy is based on personal connection and mindful guidance. Each class is carefully tailored to individual goals, whether those goals include stress reduction, increased flexibility, weight management, strengthening inner power, or developing greater self-awareness and spiritual well-being.
